Bhanuprasad Patel, MD

Bhanuprasad Patel, MD emphasizes the importance of treating each patient with a high standard of medical care while also ensuring they are comfortable. Through his solo practice and his loyal staff since 2004, those values are provided to every patient on each of their visits.

Dr. Patel received his M.D. from MP Shah Medical School of India in 1991. After graduating, he conducted and published research at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa in 1996.

He then served as a research associate at Bay Pines VA Hospital in 1999. Dr. Patel completed his Internal Medicine Residency program at Drexel University in Pennsylvania in 2003 before moving back to St. Petersburg and started his medical practice.

With over 21 years’ experience as a board-certified Internal Medicine Doctor since 2003, Dr. Patel has the tools and knowledge to provide patients with the finest care possible.
